You will be part of the Human Resources team at one of our global offices located in Hoofddorp (NL). As the HR Intern, you will be closely working with multiple HR Business Partners in which time management, stakeholder management and learning about human resources is something that will come back to you every day. Your main mission will be to support in the day-to-day activities and ongoing projects.
So, what will be your main tasks?
- Manage the Onboarding Process of new hires
- Support the main HR processes – from Performance Review, Development Conversations, Annual Salary Review, etc.
- Get to know the HR Business Partner role – taking responsibility for the intern population
- Drive operational processes in diverse processes and projects supporting the HRBP team
In addition to this you will be able to collaborate in local and global projects, and you re encouraged to come up with new ideas and bring them to life!
So, who are we looking for? We are looking for a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field in which you show interest in HR. We expect you to be pro-active, energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic & international environment. You are disciplined and have great organizational skills. You are a self-starter who can work independently while still being a team-player. You prove to have great communications skills and are not afraid to . Furthermore, you are a regular user of Excel and PowerPoint. Being flexible is key!
Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
- Ideally available to start in mid-August/early September for a minimum of 5-6 months, 4-5 days per week;
- You are fluent in English – spoken and written;
- You are able to work from Hoofddorp, NL if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
- Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

As part of the Human Resources team in Hoofddorp coordinates the full HR Cycle for this location. As our new HRBP intern you will have the opportunity to be involved in challenging but rewarding tasks from day one allowing you to experience first-hand the role of a HR Business Partner. You will work with a supportive team who will guide you through the balancing the responsibilities of supporting the business and taking care of the intern population. You will learn how HR works in the business, stakeholder management, communication skills and to work in an international company.
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a contribution towards travel if required. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
