Company description

The Skateroom is a social entrepreneurship whose main purpose is to help empower youth using art and skateboarding. We produce and commercialize unique art editions at an affordable price with the aim to change consumption habits by making consumers active players in helping social driven projects through their purchases.

Thanks to collaboration with major contemporary artists like Paul Mc Carthy, Ai Wei Wei or Robin Rhode, we have been proud to offer significant support to the Berlin-NGO Skateistan that uses skateboarding and education to engage with young people.

The charity currently reaches more than 1,500 at-risk youth, aged 5-17, around the world each week through their schools in Afghanistan and Cambodia and now Johannesburg.
